The Role

An exciting opportunity presents for a motivated, enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

Reporting to the Team Manager – Health and Safety, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating site audits, travel runs, associated travel booking arrangements and other administrative support activities for key assigned projects.

Specifically, this role will see you:

  • Work with an amazing team of industry-leading professionals!
  • Deliver quality scheduling and administrative support activities for key projects in accordance with project key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
  • Working collaboratively to support our consulting team and clients through the provision of quality project administration, and progress reporting activities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of key Health and Safety project scheduling requirements as well as Greencap policies and procedures. Actively contribute to and participate in a team environment

About You

You will have experience in successfully managing a range of project administrative support activities and will be able to demonstrate a client-centric, can-do attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional time management, organisation and administrative skills
  • Project coordination and support/scheduling experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative style.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn and apply MS Office applications as relevant / required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Desire and capability to listen, analyse and act (take initiative).
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a scheduling capacity is highly desirable.
  • A team player.
