Hays Trades and Labour are seeking an experienced candidate with a mechanical background for an exciting Service Advisor position. This would be the ideal for a Mechanic who is looking to move off the tools whilst still optimising their Mechanical expertise.

Your new role

We are seeking to speak to Mechanics who are looking to welcome their next exciting career move. Within this role you will be the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance of the vehicle whilst upkeeping customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have a career driven and positive attitude, as well as the following.

• Previous experience in a customer facing environment is looked upon highly
• Strong knowledge of the Automotive industry, trade qualification favourable
• Proven ability to work independently
• Have a strong outcome focus on both safety as well as quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong Customer service skills
• Competent computer skills
• Leadership capabilities
