POLICE on Sunday morning investigated the death of a woman staying at a Narooma hotel overnight on Saturday. The death was deemed not to be suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
Bike accident
A 44-year-old Burrill Lake man crashed his motorbike into a stormwater drain off Riverside Drive, Narooma at 6.45pm on Friday.
He was transported to Moruya Hospital complaining of hip and back pain.
Mid ranger
A 36-year-old Dee Why man stopped a stationary RBT point in Cobargo at 4.30pm on Sunday was charged with mid-range drink driving.
Street altercation
TWO brothers, not local, were seen arguing in Midtown Narooma after leaving a local club at 6pm on Friday.
They became involved in an altercation with each other on Canty Street, and then one of the brothers was seen damaging the side mirror of a car. He was arrested and charged with malicious damage.
Bike recovered
A $1000 bicycle stolen from a caravan park on the Narooma Flat overnight on Friday was found the next day on the sand near the restaurants on Riverside Drive and returned to its owner.
Wallet returned
A WALLET reported lost at Narooma on Friday was turned into police and returned to its owner from Burrill Lake.
