Work will be carried out between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Delays of up to 15 minutes may be experienced. Delays will be reduced to no more than 5 minutes before 9.30am and after 2.30pm.
Repairs are expected to take about 10 weeks to complete (weather permitting) and will involve replacement of bridge beams and fence and tightening of the bridge deck.
Motorists will be able to pass over the bridge under the guidance of traffic control and delays of up to 15 minutes may be experienced. Delays will be reduced to no more than 5 minutes before 9.30am and after 2.30pm. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the work. Electronic message signs providing advance warning will be in place.
