A WOMAN became pinned between her car and a fence at Dalmeny Beach after the handbrake failed and the car slipped out of gear at around 3pm on Monday.
A group of surfers rushed to her assistance pushing back her Hyundai. She sustained injuries to her leg and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Sawmill burglary
A LARGE amount of property including power tools were stolen from the sawmill at Dalmeny between 1pm Saturday and 7am Monday. Enquiries continue and Narooma police would appreciate any information.
Bridge accident
A NORTHBOUND Commodore lost control on Wallaga Lake Bridge at 9.30am Saturday crashing into another Commodore. RFS brigades from Bermagui and Tilba assisted.
There were no injuries but both vehicles required towing and a 23-year-old Bermagui woman was issued with a traffic fine.
Driver fined
POLICE stopped a 48-year-old Narooma man last Wednesday for talking on a mobile phone while driving and he was then found also to be driving an unregistered vehicle.
Wallet stolen
A WALLET was stolen from an unlocked car on Hill Street, Bermagui last Wednesday prompting police to remind people to not to leave valuables in cars and to lock cars.
Statue stolen
A STATUE was stolen from the front garden of Ballingalla Street, Narooma house overnight on Thursday.
Keys found
A SET of car keys found on Clark Street, Narooma last week can be claimed at the police station.
