The dancing by the Djaadjawan Dancers was organised by the Montague Arts and Crafts Society who have an indigenous themed exhibition at its Plaza Gallery that is on all this month.
The celebration of NAIDOC Week was meant to bring together people to learn and appreciate cultural art and craft.
The Plaza was crowded with onlookers happy to see the Djaadjawan Dancers perform on Sunday and then to view art works by local indigenous artists. This colourful exhibition in the Plaza Gallery will be continuing for the rest of July, so plan a visit between 10am and 4pm weekdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
