The powerful East Coast Low storm pounding the Narooma district and Far South Coast has been captured in all its glory by locals on social media.
There have been reports of more than 200mm of rain and winds of around 100km/h at Montague Island.
Trees have come done at various locations and there were power outages, but no reports of major damage.
Seas are massive with the high tide forecast at 8.30pm causing major coastal erosion. Australia Rock at Narooma and the bar were covered with foam.
