Monday, May 22 was a Stableford Event whereby the ladies could choose to play on either the Pink or Yellow Course. The Winner on the Pink Course was Sue Chegwidden with 40 points ocb and the Runner Up was Sylvia Donohoe with 40 points. Balls went to 32.
The Winner on the Yellow Course was Diana Williamson with 40 points and the Runner up with 39 points was Chris Hendra. Balls went to 36.
Wednesday, May 25 was a Par Competition and the winner of Division 1 was Sylvia Donohoe with +2 . Dorelle Monteith was the Runner Up with 0. The Winner of Division 2 was Heather McMillan with a score of -2 ocb. The Runner Up was Mary Young with -2. The Nearest the Pin winners were: on 3rd Hole for Division 1 was Meridie Banson, on 9th Hole for Division 2 was Mary Young and on 14th Hole for Division 3 was Val Spooner. Balls went to -4.

A field of 128 players enjoyed fine conditions on a still damp course where the lack of run resulted in a DSR of 73/72. Andrew Thompson took out A Grade with an excellent 39 points off his handicap of 9, two points ahead of Bob Knipler. John Guyver won a four way countback for the third position with 36 points from Scott Kennedy, Chris Hewitt and Bill Durnan. In B Grade Grahame Cooke finished with 37 points off a handicap of 19 to head Ian Harris and Rod Shepherd by a point, with the latter recording his third podium finish in as many weeks. In C Grade Present Cope prevailed with 39 points off a handicap of 27, two points ahead of a group of four where Robert Mettam and Norm Watson took the placings on countback from Garry James and Russell Naumann. The nearest-the-pin winners were Graham Mumme on 3, Chris Brown on 9, Graham Kerr on 14 and Ian Miller on 17, while the ball competition went down to 33 points with 17 on the back nine.
Saturday, May 27
A field of 118 players enjoyed delightful autumn weather in the second round of the Annual Par competition where the DSR emerged at 72/71. A Grade saw a three way countback on square with Marty Brooker off a handicap of 8 taking the honours from Graeme Sawyer and Terry O'Callaghan. In B Grade Frank Jakubowski continued his rich vein of form to record the best score of the day with plus 4 off his handicap of 17, one point ahead of Vince Harper. Tony Cobcroft filled the third position with square on countback from Wayne Hicks from Tura Beach and Ian Harris. C Grade was taken out on countback by Hugh Crawford with a score of plus 1 off his handicap of 22 ahead of Derek Smith who exemplified the vagaries of golf with more than double his score of two days previous. John Casswell took third position on countback from Jim Dickson with square. The nearest-the-pin winners were Mark Elmasri on 3, Peter O'Kane on 9, Chris Brown on 14 and Jason Andrew on 17, while the ball cpmpetition went down to all on minus 3. RGI
