63 players braved the first chill of winter conditions for a Stableford competition from the white tees, where some excellent scores were recorded.
The A grade winner today was Graeme Gunn (hcp 15) with 39 points. Runner up was Peter Wilton (hcp 9) on 36 and William McKenzie (hcp 14) third on 35.
Raymond Stephens (hcp 18) had a close win in B grade with 41 points, just one point ahead of Robert Bunnett (hcp 16) who took second place from Shane Roberts (hcp 18) on a countback, both on 40 points.
John Medelis (hcp 22) won C Grade on a countback from Ian Reid (hcp 29) both with 35 points. Bill Tyson (hcp 22) placed third, just one point back on 34.
NTP's 6th Kevin Holzhauser, 8th Ian White, 11th Bob Fnch and 15th John Medelis.
Results for Saturday, June 17
A relatively small field of 41 players contested a Stableford event from the blue tees.
Jake Needs (hcp 3) won A Grade with a score of 39 points, just one ahead of Owen Reid (hcp 9)
B Grade winner was "Bermi" Bob Shearing (hcp 19) with 36 points, with runner up Paul Revill (hcp 19) just one point back.
Martin Fowler (hcp 28) scored 36 points to win C Grade, with Dennis Olmstead (hcp 25) runner up on 35.
NTP's 6th Nathan Batten, 8th Sean Lingard, 11th Bob Shearing and 15th Sean Lingard.
Eagle: 9th Nathan Batten.
Club News
- Thursday 22nd June will be a Stableford event.
- Saturday 24th.June will be a 4 Ball Best Ball Par event. This is a qualifier for the District 4BBB Championship Event.
- The mid-year eclectic commences on the 29th June, and runs for 5 weeks.
- The Holden Scramble has been postponed until February. Dates to be finalised.

Bermagui Ladies Golf
On Saturday we had a good field of ladies playing stableford. The winner with 37 pts was Val Schilling. Runner up Wilma Scarpin with 31 pts.
Balls went to Irene Putaansuu 31 pts, Lynn Ponsford 31 pts, Audrey Cook 29 pts, Michele Medelis 29 pts and Bev Tyson 28 pts.
Wednesday was the June Medal round and the winner of the medal was Captain Jo Buttrey with 78 nett. NTP 8th and 15th Michele Medelis. Least putts Pat Jones 28.
Runner up Pat Jones 80 nett. Balls to Norma Heddles 81 nett Val Schilling 83 nett, Barb Stolk 83 nett, Amanda Schmidt 84 nett and Fran Vercoe 84 nett.
Next week we are holding the 4BBB Championships and they are to be played on Monday and Wednesday.
