The accused are Jordon Matthew Delaney, 20, Liam Jesse Scott Pittman, 18, and Shannon Cherie Nicholls, 20, all listed as residing at Eurobodalla addresses.
None of the three entered a plea when their matters were mentioned in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, September 25.
The three accused were each charged with one count of aggravated break and enter and committing a serious indictable offence in company.
They each faced a second charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company of others.
Delaney was further accused of a third charge of destroying or damaging property.
Magistrate Doug Dick said the aggravated break and enter charge was beyond the local court’s jurisdiction.
However, he said it could be replaced with a different charge to keep the matter within the local court.
Mr Dick said the prosecution would consider a replacement charge before the trio’s next court appearance on October 9 in Batemans Bay Local Court.
“A lot is going to happen in the next two weeks,” Mr Dick said.
The three accused were granted bail at the time of their arrest and will remain on bail.
A 16-year-old co-accused faced Batemans Bay Children’s Court on Thursday, September 21.
He cannot be named for legal reasons.
