Each year the Narooma Camera Club enters NSW Federation of Camera Clubs interclub competition. This year Debbie Flynn got the highest score in the panel of entries from Narooma, so congratulations go to her for her picture “lone barley stalk”.

On October 18, the club held its usual monthly competition and the set subject was Animal Portraits. Graham Small was our judge for the evening so our thanks go to him.
The competition results were:
Division A Set subject:
Gold award- Russell Howick; Colin Pass.
Silver award- Brian Gunter; Michelle Merry.
Division A Open category:
Gold award- Krysia St Clair
Silver award- Shirlsy Gunter
Division B Set subject:
Gold award- Debbie Flynn; Kathy Grayson.
Silver award- Debbie Flynn.
Division B Open category:
Gold award –Wendy Fisk
Silver award- Debbie Flynn.
After the competition the members watched part of a DVD which Colin Pass had produced for the Moruya Hospital waiting room.
Members of the Narooma Camera Club and the Eurobodalla Photographic Club had provided several hundred photographs of scenes from around Australia. These had been incorporated into the DVD together with effects and a music background track.
