When asked to help the Narooma District Lions Club raise funds for a much needed new computer and accessories, the board of the club were quick to jump in and agree to purchase the new equipment that was needed by the Narooma Lions Club.
“The Lions club do such a great job working on projects to improved services to the local Narooma communities, it was an easy decision by the club’s board to donate the much needed equipment,” NSSC CEO Tony Casu said.
Lions president Margaret Latimer and secretary Sandra Rafferty expressed the gratitude on the behalf of the club to the Narooma Sporting and Services Club for their generous support on this occasion.
The Narooma Sporting and Services Club meanwhile recently elected a new board at its AGM. There is a new member Ian Weston and a retiring member Bruce Aitken otherwise all sitting members are the same for 2017-2018
The NSSC board consists of Jon King, Brian Mayer, Ian Weston, Warren Bender, Graham Reeve, John Rowley, Bruce Aitken, Illya Naumoski, CEO Tony Casu and Paul Naylor.
