Parking at the boatshed, we walked the boardwalk to the One Tree Point Lookout and had morning tea whilst enjoying the views up and down the beautiful coast, and watching the Tuross River flowing into the big seas.
Our next stop was at the lookout in the Memorial Gardens then on to Coila Bar.
From here we follow the pathway alongside Coila Lake. The extensive views from the pathway across Coila Lake showed the farm lands with the hills and Great Divide in the background.
Leaving this we took Anderson Avenue, Hector McWilliam Drive, Coral Crescent and Trafalgar Road to our lunch beside the Tuross River with our fish and chips.
Pat Reid was thanked for leading us on this enjoyable walk around Tuross Head.
Some of the bushwalkers are walking at Smiggin Holes, whilst some are exploring the Brou Beach trails led by Maggie Finch. We will have more news of all their walks next week.
Bushwalkers are reminded to put their names down for the Christmas Party to be held on the last Saturday in November.
The Dalmeny Narooma Bushwalkers Club was established in May 1986 to encourage bushwalking as a group activity.
The club continues as it began with happy groups walking twice a week.
