The Far South Coast branch of the Animal Welfare League is currently taking Eurobodalla dogs as well as they do not have enough carers in the Batemans Bay and Narooma area. AWL FSC has been inundated with surrenders and pups are starting to come in, including a litter of nine, so they need to find homes for the older ones in a hurry. Willow is a very sweet-looking and sweet natured two-year-old, medium-sized mixed breed.

Willow is food driven, so training can be easy peasy though she shows no signs of food aggression with humans or other dogs. She is learning to sit and wait before eating and to understand the meal you’re serving won’t be her last.
Being extremely human focused, she is very eager to please and she loves to be around her people and be treated as one of the family, going for drives in the car and all the stuff families do together.
Willow is an outside dog but comes inside at every opportunity and would love to be inside with her family. She may need some prompting and help with her toilet training initially.
Willow has been fostered with five other large dogs, both male and female, and in next paddock has been with cattle, horses, hens and lambs and has not concerned herself with any but has not been tested with cats whilst in care.
All Willow’s good training has been temporarily put on hold as she is currently “in season” and will not be available for some weeks, however get your “Expression of Interest” for Willow in early to be ready for her when she’s ready for you.
