A man and a woman have pleaded guilty to entering a Narooma home with intent to intimidate.
Liam Jesse Scott Pittman, 18, of Surf Beach, and Shannon Cherie Nicholls, 21, of Benandarah, appeared at Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday.
They were originally charged with aggravated break and enter but those charges were withdrawn.
They each pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others.
Co-accused, Jordon Matthew Delaney, 21, of Benandarah, is expected to enter pleas at a later date. He faces an additional charge of destroying or damaging property.
The allegations related to offences at a Narooma property on August 27, 2017.
Magistrate Susan McGowan ordered a pre-sentence report to be prepared before Pittman and Nicholls’ next appearance on February 12, 2018. Delaney will face court again on December 11, 2017.
