The spraying will reduce hazards caused by tree and shrub growth and help protect road pavements from tree root damage.
Metsulfuron (Brush-Off) and Glyphosate (Roundup) will be used and motorists are asked to take care around the slow-moving spraying vehicles. Spraying is due to finish on Friday, December 22, weather permitting.
For details phone the shire’s maintenance planning officer Daniel Weekes on 4474 7403.
