APM employment services CEO Karen Rainbow said the key was to carefully align employee skills with employer needs.
“Make sure there is a strong match,” she said.
She said employers should also consider other benefits like wage subsidies and workplace modification.
She said APM would help people with disability find work in the Eurobodalla from July 1.
