The day will begin at 8.50am, with rolls marked at the oval at 8.55am.
Students who wish to contest the 800-metre event will need to be at the ground at 8.30am for an 8.45am start.
All school buses will go directly to the oval to drop off students, and will pick them up from the oval in the afternoon.
The school will operate the canteen at the oval, but it is suggested students bring their lunch, as no one will be allowed to leave the oval at lunchtime.
Students are encouraged to wear their house colours, and should also bring a hat, sunscreen, and some wet weather gear.
In the event of wet weather, information regarding any cancellation will be on local radio stations.
If the event is cancelled, students are expected to show up at school prepared for normal lessons.
