Matt Parsons scored the first try, followed by Mark Stewart and Chris Fernando, with all tries converted by Charlie Nye. The Devils led 18-0 at half-time but missed three other tries when the ball was spilt over the line.
In the second half Elijah Blair and Nick Hoskins added unconverted tries and the Devils had increased their lead to 26-0 until the Bay struck back with two late tries to make the final score 26-10 to the Devils. Best for the Devils were Elijah Blair, James Nye and Charlie Nye with Rhys Pearcey and Nick Hoskins sharing the Players Player Award. Coaches Award went to the big-hearted Mitch Parsons.
Other Reserve Grade results went our way so it is up to the Ressies to have a strong game against Merimbula-Pambula.
