Stephanie Dawn Parsons, 38, of Akolele was almost four times the legal limit when stopped by police in Nowra in the early hours of August 5.
Court papers said Parsons was seen driving a black Jeep Cherokee west along McKay Street at Nowra around 12.40am.
Police saw the vehicle turn into Wallace Street and park on the wrong side of the road.
Officers said when they approached the car she smelt strongly of alcohol, her eyes were bloodshot and glazed, her speech was slurred and she was unsteady on her feet.
Officers gave the P-plater driver a breath test which produced a positive result and later a breath reading of 0.199.
She told officers she had consumed four self-mixed Tennessee Whiskey and Cokes over six hours.
She had also eaten kebabs and McDonald’s in that time.
Officers also found two opened Jim Beam and Coke cans in the console of the car.
She pleaded guilty to high-range drink driving in Nowra Local Court before Magistrate Michael Stoddart and will reappear in Narooma Court on September 13.
