The beginner’s workshop is for anyone interested in the technique of pour on acrylic painting.
Shere students will be encouraged to experiment and be adventurous with the paint.
Some topics that will be covered include:
- terms and definitions
- tools and equipment
- additives used to make cells
- colour mixes
- types of pouring
- flip cup and swipe techniques
- tips on dying
- cleaning and finishing your painting.
This will be a fun workshop with no pressure and no drawing skill are required, just a love of art and willingness to give it a go.
The cost is $60 but materials are not included.
A list of materials will be provided on when you book your place.
The workshop will run from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, October 27.
