Marjory was having a bit of a sit down at the boat shed where MACS was holding their special marine exhibition.

I had asked Mrs Kember, if I could take her photo for the paper and ended up finding out she was 101.

“Wow, 101-years-old, that’s a fair age,” I thought. “Would you mind if I shared that with our readers?” I asked.

“Not at all,” Marjory said.

“Do you want to know my secret?” she asked.

“It’s yoga. I was a yoga teacher for most of my life and I have done yoga most days throughout my life,” she said.

So I asked Mrs Kember if she was still practicing yoga?

“Of course,” she replied and promptly swung her leg with absolutely no effort up onto a nearby table and let it rest there.
