Two motorcyclists were taken to hospital on Monday, February 11, after two separate accidents on Tathra-Bermagui Road.
The first accident occurred at approximately 7.20am when a motorcycle and a vehicle collided.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said one ambulance was sent to an address in Cuttagee at 8am. The motorcycle rider had returned home with leg injuries before calling emergency services.
The patient was taken to Southeast Regional Hospital.
Three hours later, at approximately 10am, another motorcycle accident occurred near Murrah.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said a man in his late 60s suffered rib injuries when he came off his bike.
Four ambulance resources (two transport vehicles and two managers) were at the scene, and the patient was transported to Southeast Regional Hospital.
Police say inquiries are continuing into both accidents, and call for any potential witnesses to contact Narooma police station.
A 49-year-old man will face Narooma Local Court this week after being charged with high-range drink driving.
Police were called to the corner of Dignams Creek Road and Princes Highway on Tuesday, February 5, at approximately 6.15pm after a motor vehicle accident.
Police say the man was traveling east on Dignams Creek Road, when he crashed into a concrete bollard and rolled his vehicle.
He was given a breath test, which returned an alleged positive reading of .179 grams of alcohol.
The man will appear in court on Thursday, February 14.
Drink Driving Charge
A man will face court after being charged with low-range drink driving on Tathra-Bermagui Road.
Police stopped a 69-year-old man for a random breath test at approximately 9.30pm on Sunday, February 10.
The man returned an alleged positive reading of .069, and will face Narooma Local Court.
