Agriculture students of Narooma High School brought home a mixed bag of impressive results after competing at the Canberra Royal Show, February 22 - 24.
Eighteen students participated in the cattle section with 11 beef cattle.
In the junior paraders and junior judging section; Joe Byard scored 4th, Tiarne Bailey placed 4th in her heat, Hayley Stubbs received 3rd, Zoe Thompson placed 4th, Aisha Thomas was awarded with highly recommended, Yolande Thompson placed 1st in her heat and 3rd in the under 17s group final. Scott Negus placed 2nd in his heat and 4th in the under 17s group final.

Samantha Bate placed 4th in the under 17s paraders and and impressive 2nd place in the junior judging competition.
The high school's cattle made the spotlight, students were thrilled to see their Limousin bull awarded grand champion.
The cheer continued as their 10-month-old bull calf, Marida Powder Monkey, placed runner up in the interbreed champion section.
Agriculture teacher Kylie Maher said the five-day camp at the showgrounds was great time had by all.
"A lot of hard work and time goes into putting together these animals and we appreciate everybody who makes this possible, for a little country school to go and take out some amazing prizes," Ms Maher
"Bring on Sydney royal! A huge thank you to Brendan who took time away from his own work to come and help us - he makes the best pancakes."
