This year's Tilba Easter Festival, held on April 20, will see musician Joe Driscoll temporarily hang up his guitar to re-launch the food van made famous by Paul West in the series.
"Gone are the days of the humble hot dog. With a little imagination and tonnes of passion, the tempting tasty and exciting combinations are endless," Mr Driscoll said.
With the help of Dennis Walker, who for many years was a chef at Sydney's Menzies Hotel, Gourmet Dog House will provide a selection of mouth-watering gourmet surprises.

The Gourmet Dog House will also have a breakfast menu, featuring bacon and egg rolls and the "brekky dog" which is topped with scrambled eggs, bacon and melted cheese.
In addition, celebrity chef Kelly Eastwood, who featured on the River Cottage program, is having her own stall at the festival selling her gourmet donuts and home-made drinks.
Ms Eastwood has been a food producer for Masterchef, My Kitchen Rules and Better Homes and Gardens. She is also thriving with her own cafe and cooking school in Bermagui.
"Everyone thinks that life of super yachts and private jets is glamorous, but it's a lot of hard work. Now I love the seaside life and having my own school," she said.
