Police were called to Mort Avenue, Dalmeny, after reports of a car driving erratically on Friday, April 26.
Police located the vehicle near Tatiara Street, where a 37-year-old was breath tested.
They returned a positive reading, and subsequent analysis returned a low-range reading.
Stolen vehicle located
Police are appealing for information after a stolen vehicle was dumped near Wallaga Lake on Thursday, April 25.
Police say they were originally called to Kianga after reports of a stolen vehicle driving erratically in the area before having a fail-to-stop accident.
The other vehicle suffered minor damage, and the driver was not injured.
Police spotted the vehicle on the Princes Highway, before finding it dumped near Wallaga Lake.
The alleged offender eluded police, and the vehicle was subjected to scientific examination.

Single-vehicle crash
Police were called to a single-vehicle crash on Bermagui Road, Akolele, on Thursday, April 25.
Police said a 26-year-old driver from Wallaga Lake lost control of his vehicle, and rolled at slow speeds into trees on the side of the road.
The driver refused any medical treatment.
Bridge incident
Police are calling for witnesses after a fail-to-stop crash on the Wallaga Lake bridge on Thursday, April 25.
Police allege a transit van was traveling in a southerly direction on Bermagui Road when they turned left onto the northern entry of the bridge at 10.45am.
A Suzuki motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction was forced to take evasive action, and the driver crashed as a result.
The rider was taken to Bega Hospital for treatment of non-serious injuries.
