Moruya Fire and Rescue said the driver lost control of the vehicle on wet road and rolled.
"[The] single occupant driver luckily had no injuries and was able to walk away," a spokesperson said.
Moruya Fire and Rescue thanked those who stopped to help.
"Thank you to the passerbys that stopped to assist, one of them being a nurse and was able to quickly assess the driver," the spokesperson said.
"Please remember after periods of no rain the road will become slippery as oils are brought to the surface."
NSW Police, NSW Rural Fire Service and an ambulance also attended the scene.
