A council spokesperson said the Local Heritage Places Grant program was offered every year to raise awareness of heritage conservation, with a funding contribution from the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage.
The grant program had financed several heritage projects over the years and was an important resource in ensuring heritage items in Eurobodalla continued to be celebrated and valued.
Successful applicants needed to contribute one dollar for every dollar provided by the grant, and the restoration work must be completed before May 2020.
