Opening hours are Saturdays 9-1pm, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10-3pm.
The School of Arts has worked closely with its architects ClarkeKeller and consultants, and with Neil Mumme of Progressive Project Solutions to carry out the community's wishes to move the NACC forward.
"This project has been almost 10 years from conception," a spokesperson said.
"The initial impetus came from Montague Arts and Craft Society members and was taken up by the School of Arts and many other artists and creative people in our community to enhance Narooma's arts precinct to provide for community's needs well into the future."
During the exhibition, the School of Arts will also canvass for assistance to help make the NACC a reality.
The DA will be lodged with Eurobodalla Shire Council by the first week of September.
Once the DA is approved and the project is shovel ready, the School of Arts will seek government funding. The School of Arts has gift donor Recipient status; donations over $2 are tax deductible.
