They first headed south for a quick look at the coast, then turned north on the inland track towards Kellys lake.
Morning tea was at Grey rocks with views up and down the coast.
The walkers then headed along the beach, inland to Kellys Creek and up to Meringo.
Here the walkers enjoy watching a large pod of dolphins rounding school fish.
They then returned via the beach to Honeymoon Bay, and being too cold for a swim, they had a leisurely lunch.
After a quick walk up to Mullimburra Point then back along the Bingie Beach to the cars where Steve Deck was thanked by the walkers.
Saturday, August 17, was the annual wattle walk.
Walkers like to do this every year but only four walkers arrived at the meeting point under cloudy skies.
Once they started walking the sun came out.
During the walk, walk leader Jan Thomas explained a bit about the wattle, the walkers finding at least four different varieties of wattle in flower.
A few species were found that had already gone to seed and others in bud.
With the flowering varieties they were disappointed not to find as many in flower as previous years.
The walkers still enjoyed a 9km round walk just west of Buckeridge Makins Creek area.
The Dalmeny Narooma Bushwalkers club was established in May 1986 to encourage bushwalking as a group activity.
Only a couple of walks are left in the winter program; the spring summer program is now available on the website http://www.dalmenynaroomabushwalkers.info.
