The winners were Louis Cox, Brian Seaman and Neville Butt (skip) who started strongly to lead 14 to zip after 11 ends and did enough in the second half to finish with a 22-16 win against Michael Knight, Kevin Mitchell and Jim Grant (skip).
Second place went to Ron Douglass, John Spees and Greg Ryan (skip) who picked up a six on the first end and led 16 to 7 after 11 ends and, despite a fightback from their opponents, proved too good and took the match 23 to 19 against Warren Bender, Darrel Goodridge and John Downie (skip).
The first resting toucher went to Scott Kennedy at 1.38; well done Scott, your skip appreciates your efforts.

On Sunday we had 24 bowlers playing four games of triples.
Winners were decided by Lowest Winning Score, with the winners being Baxter Smith, Sue Wales and Ken Burrows (skip) who were all square on four occasions in their match and picked up a shot on the last end for a 12-11 win against Olwyn Mayer, Pam Grant and Shirley Pilgrim (skip).

Consistency Championships
Consistency started this week with two matches played on Sunday morning.
Darrel Goodridge and Peter Dillon played a very entertaining match where Peter led until the seventh end, before Darrel got his nose in front and, with the game still there for the taking, he picked up nine points on the last end for a 103-87 win.
Allen Chisholm and Neville Butt were involved in another close match where Allen gained the lead for the first time after six ends and kept a slim margin in front before he picked up a couple of good ends late in the match for a 102-88 win.
