Community development manager Kim Bush more than 600 groups and services were listed.
"It's been needed for a long time," Ms Bush said.
"It will be a boon for shire residents and agencies."
Ms Bush said the directory could be on-hand at all times.
"It's mobile friendly, easy to use, and searchable by service type or area. Results pop up as a list or on a map," she said.
"From there, you can save your results as a printable .PDF file, or click through to provider websites."
Ms Bush said any not-for-profit community organisation, group, association or individual can list on the directory by completing an online form.
