The couple wed at an historic homestead at the Oaklands Event Centre in Pambula on September 14.
Their three-year-old twins were among the wedding party - Lenny was page boy and Layla flower girl and the children were walked down the aisle by their grandmothers.
In typical laidback style, Mandy was busy doing the makeup for her sisters and her mother and mother-in-law as well as her own for the wedding.
"It was good. I didn't have time to think about it," she said.
"I just whacked the dress on and walked out."
But when she did walk out into the crowd of 200 guests, she did get a little nervous.
"Oh my God! Two hundred people is so much," she said, with a laugh.
"I told a few friends beforehand, 'Don't look me straight in the eye!'. It felt like a thousand people."
Mandy's dress was by CC Bridal in Pambula while the bridesmaids' dresses for her three sisters were designed by Elle Hopwood for Birdsnest's exclusive label, Moonlight Bird.
Three teams from their season of House Rules were at the wedding - mother and daughter Kim and Michelle, brothers Brandon and Josh and married couple Chiara and David.
Toad and Mandy have also struck up a friendship with Alex and Katie, who appeared in this season of the hit renovation show and the Gundaroo couple were also at the wedding.
The happy couple has been together for more four years and have packed so much into that time, not only becoming parents but going on a national home-renovation show.
They had their historic Candelo homestead renovated and won the competition, taking home the $355,000 in prize money.
The wedding had been nine months in the making. With lots of organisation by Mandy.
But once she was with Toad at the altar, all nerves were gone.
"We had no time to think about anyone else but us two," she said.
"Toad looked great. Him and the boys looked so good."
They plan to eventually spend their honeymoon in Tasmania. But they had a kind of honeymoon in the week after the wedding - at the Canberra Private Hospital in Deakin where Toad, a dairy farmer, had been booked in for a shoulder reconstruction.
"It was great. We loved it. We were still high from the wedding," Mandy said, with a laugh.
"It was like a motel room. Just us with no kids. They would come in and give Toad his lunch and ask me if I wanted some. We had a great time."
