Very windy and hot conditions greeted the field of 132 players where only six players bettered their handicaps on the day.In A Grade Mark Elmasri , off a handicap of 5, took the honours with 38 points on a countback from the ever consistent Bill Hannam with Andrew Vormeulen one point further back in third place.
Hal Fraser took out B Grade with 38 points off his handicap of 15 , one point and two points better than Graham Small and Roger Cheel respectively. Frank Clarke had by far the best score of the day in taking out C Grade with 41 points off his handicap of 32. Ian Hamilton was a long way behind in second place with 36 points and Ron McDonald took the third position on 35 points.
The nearest-the-pin winners were Rick Porter on 3, Brian Mills on 9, Robert Dunn on 14 and Scott Ker on 17, while the ball competition went down to 32 points with 17 points on the back nine.
SATURDAY 7th DECEMBER
An excellent field of 138 players teed off in the Four Person Ambrose played in conjunction with Presentation Day. The best score of the day of 53 1/2 was posted by Hal Fraser off 14, Mark Anderson off 2, Ben Sealey off 4 and Darcy Sealey off 24 , a score which was thirteen under par off the stick. In second place were Robert Gordon, Colin Pratt, Bob Knipler and John Carruthers on 54 5/8 and in third place Rex Dunn, Andrew Thompson, Harold Mackie and Ian Lowe on 54 7/8.
The nearest-the-pin winners were Rob Russack on 3, John Guyver on 9, Colin Pratt on 14 and Bob Pipere on 17.

On Monday 2 December 26 ladies played stableford. Division 1 winner with a score of 38 was Tina Wilson and the runner up with a score of 37 was Bec Smart. Division 2 winner with a score of 36 was Trish Bennett and runner up also with a score of 36 was Lee Lewis. NTP on the 3rd hole was Chris Hendra, 14th hole was Bec Smart and the 17th hole was Judy Anderson. Balls went to 30 ocb.
On Wednesday 4 December 32 ladies played another game of stableford. Division 1 winner with a score of 38 was Julie Whyte and the runner up with a score of 37 was Julie Blessington. Division 2 winner with a score of 36 was Lee Lewis and the runner up also with a score of 36 was Patricia Bennett. NTP on the 9th hole was Vicki Connaughton, 14th hole was Marea Clarke and the 17th hole was Sylvia Donohoe. Balls went to 33 ocb.

Results for Thursday 5th December 2019 - Stableford
The A grade winner today was John Mills (hcp 13) with 39 points. Runner up was Mick Carr (hcp 13) on 37 points. Then followed Noel Flavell (hcp 13) on 36.
Peter Robertson (hcp 20) topped B grade with 40 points. Dave Moore (hcp 16) was next on 36 shading Geoff Vercoe (hcp 19) on 34.
Michael Murray (hcp 23) had a best score of the day 42 points to win C grade. Then a countback decided Geoff Bell (hcp 35) as runner up shading Ron Lye (hcp 23) both on 38 points.
Results for Saturday 7th December 2019 - Stroke

Congratulations went to Greg (Diesel) Cummins for his December Medal win. Greg achieved the top result playing off 21 handicap returning with a net score of 70. He now holds the trophy mug which needs refills so be afraid, very afraid.
Within the day's competition we also included the Medal of Medals play off with the 2019 year's Medal winners competing for this major trophy. Ray Stephens romped home for a mention on the Bermagui Country Club's honour board when he took out the Medal of Medals trophy with a score of 73.
The A grade win on countback went to Mick Carr (hcp 13) shading Noel Flavell (hcp 14) both scoring 73. Third place in A grade went to Robert Paine (hcp 9) with 74.
Bill McKinn (hcp 17) was close to the medal but won B grade with a score of 71. Runner up was Ray Stephens (hcp 17) on 73 shading Bobbie Finch (hcp 16) scoring 74.
In C grade a 3 way countback awarded the win to Arnold Watson (hcp 23) shading Paul Byrne (hcp 25) and Tom Boyd (hcp 30) al scoring 78.
Lowest off the stick today was Wayne Buick with net 78.
Jay Goodwin scored an Eagle on the par 5 sixteenth hole.
