Well it was a slow start to the season due to the bushfires and then flooding grounds, however, the Southern Eurobodalla Women's Cricket Team have started off in fine form against Tathra at their home ground in Dalmeny on Sunday, February 16.

Although there are quite a few fresh faces in the team this season, that didn't stop them from holding a tight field and bowling Tathra out for just 23 runs.
Bowling figures included Abbie Dawson who took 3/10 off 4 overs.
Not to be outdone, Meagan Mackie took 3/6 off 4 overs and top scored with the bat with 11 runs.
Rachel Kincaid's bowling figures were 0/1 off 2 overs and Mel Tiffen 0/0 with her two overs both maidens.
