Shot from the northern foreshore, the video also captures the change in sky during the bushfires, and the Batemans Bay skyline change from leafy green to bare and black.
A Transport for NSW spokesperson acknowledged the "lasting effects of the bushfires and the rebuilding still to come".
"Transport for NSW extends their thanks to the community and all the volunteers, council, local businesses and emergency services for all their work and support throughout the bushfire emergency and ongoing recovery operations," the spokesperson said.
The video shows the completion of marine and land-based piling, the construction of the northern foreshore retaining wall, a controlled fill behind the retaining wall for bridge abutment and embankment construction.
It also shows the loading of a 400-tonne crane for marine piling, and the construction of piers using the crane.
The Kings Highway and Princes Highway roundabouts opened on Friday, June 5. Work would continue at the intersection to late 2020.
Major work planned between April 1 and June 30 also included the continuation of bridge segment delivery and erection.
Work would continue on the southern and northern approach retaining walls and embankments.
The project team hoped to finish construction of the marine pier.
The Wharf Road and Princes Highway intersection would close and realignment earthworks commence.
Early work would begin for the new floating pontoon, and earthworks would start for the Clyde Street realignment.
A Transport for NSW spokesperson said the project was progressing well and was on track for completion in early 2023.
About 475,000 worker hours had been completed as part of the project.
