Team leader Alexandra Hicks said the 10 month program will give young primary producers the skills they need to run a more productive and profitable business.
"It gives young farmers and fishers clarity on their direction - and gives them a coach that focuses on them and their business," she said.
"Whether you're just getting started, growing your business or just trying to manage the day-to-day, a business coach can help you get ahead faster than you would on your own."
Anyone aged between 18 and 35 operating a farm, commercial fisheries or aquaculture business where they identify with primary production can apply.
For more information about the individual coaching program visit www.youngfarmer.nsw.gov.au. Applications for the 2020 program are open until July 26.
