Narooma Woodies celebrate new quadrangle

In all the years that the Narooma Woodies have been based at the Old Bodalla School one thing they have wished to fix was the old quadrangle that had become broken and uneven over the years due to water and tree root damage. This issue assumed greater importance recently when two elderly members suffered head injuries in falls on the rough surface. After lobbying, pleading and asking for support the club managed to raise enough funds and support to have the old concrete removed and a new surface laid. Large rotting logs lying next to the fence line were taken away, removing a fire hazard.
