On the night, Ms Hills talked about the importance of feeling, breathing and living by your values in challenging times. The audience shared experiences after the bushfires.
One member noticed people in the community who had not yet unpacked their cars since the evacuation.
Another member said they suffered "survivors guilt" and that television segments on bushfires was "emotionally tweaking". Many agreed the smell of smoke was still triggering.
When faced with a difficult situation, Ms Hill advised not to get bogged down in your feelings but instead accept your emotions and remember not to compromise your values.
