"Just Dance - Eurobodalla", a group that meets at Moruya for weekly free movement dancing, is hosting the events, starting with a session at Corrigans Beach Reserve, Batehaven, at 3-5pm on Sunday, November 29.
The free events will include 80's aerobics-themed facilitated dance sessions with a "Doofercise" instructor and a Welcome to Country.
Organisers Jade Bridger and Emily Dannock said there would be prizes for best outfits, and encouraged people to dress up in their favourite outfit era (60s swing, 70s hippie, 80s aerobics, 90s pop, etc).
Ms Dannock said the events would give people an opportunity to connect and engage with others, provide a healthy outlet to aid mental recovery after the fires, lower stress and anxiety levels and improve heart health.
The events are drug and alcohol-free and family-friendly.
