Donations were gathered to support Monty's Place and $170 will be given to support their tireless work.
During the meeting it was announced that CWA of NSW has another $700,000+ to distribute to drought affected people, currently the association has distributed more than $18 million.
As Ecuador is current Country of Study, International Officer Jo King told of Christmas traditions from there. Members were glad they had already eaten when told that some Ecuadorians Christmas dinner included Guinea Pig.
Hoping 2021 is better than the past year for all the members of Narooma CWA wish all, Feliz Navidad (Merry Christmas) and and Prospero Ano Nuevo (Happy New Year).
Thanks to David Creed for keeping the CWA rooms lawn neat and members hope the room decorations bring a little cheer.
Thanks for all your support.
Vinnies Narooma
If anyone is cleaning out their cupboards the centre is in short supply of anything in men's summer and winter clothing.
Swimwear, beach towels and bath towels are needed too.
The shop has blankets for the cooler nights and plenty of watches available, DVDS, novels, PC games and plenty of unusual items that may take one's interest.
It's great to see so many tourists in Narooma supporting our community. Enjoy your stay everyone.
