Property prices have hit an all-time high in the Eurobodalla Shire due to COVID-19 and increased demand for homes from city buyers, real estate agents say.

City residents working from home due to the pandemic were shifting to the coast, Batemans Bay LJ Hooker realtor Rob Routledge said.
"There has been a big influx in people moving from Sydney and Melbourne," Mr Routledge said.
"COVID allows them to do their work remotely.
"Rather than living in a city, they can move to Batemans Bay and work from home."
Melissa Franzen, of South Coast Property Specialists, has also seen an increase in demand from metropolitan buyers for homes on the South Coast.
The rise in prices is also attributed to low stock.
Homes in the shire are selling faster than usual, leaving more buyers competing for fewer properties.
"Houses would usually be on the market from 60-to-90 days," Mr Routledge said.
"Right now, they're only on the market for two weeks."
Agents say they are getting feedback that retirees are moving from major cities to the coast, as they feel it is a safer place to live during a virus outbreak.
Grant Gillet from First National Real Estate said this was happening in many regional towns.

"A lot of older people are moving from cities because of COVID-19," he said.
"This is the first time I've seen property prices go up as a result of a global and national event.
"I don't think prices will go back down for a while."
Fraser Grey Real Estate agent, Peter Asbury said the property market was the same right around the country, with prices rising as a result of coronavirus.
Despite the recent and rapid growth in housing prices, some agents believe this would have happened even without the repercussions of a global pandemic.
Melissa Williams, from Ray White, said the growth on the coast had boosted property prices.
"Prices were rising before the pandemic," she said.
"It wasn't exclusively the virus.
"The area has been growing for years which has resulted in higher property prices."
