Lifeline South Coast
The training team from Lifeline South Coast is in Narooma this week delivering some free mental health courses.
A spokesperson for Lifeline said, "The cost of the course is usually between $100-$200, but we're offering this for free to the community of Narooma.
"It's more important than ever for workplaces to consider mental health as part of broader well-being and safety strategy. By completing a Lifeline South Coast workshop you will develop the skills and confidence needed to support a friend, family member or co-worker who may be experiencing a mental health problem.
The courses are QPR Training on Wednesday, March 10 from 3.30pm to 6pm and ACF Training on Thursday, March 11 - 9.30 am - 4pm.
