Spokesperson for the club, Barbie Magrin said, it was a stiff race, with head winds, but they had steady returns.
"The champion from Bodalla, John Mette, showed the way coming home first, knocking Manny Byrne off his perch to second.
"Mario Magrin came in third, Darcy Hoyer fourth was followed by Graham Ford fifth, it was still a close race," she said.
Recently there was some confusion with the Norma Ford Memorial race results.
"Norma, who recently passed away, was a founding member of the Pigeon Club and this race will now be an annual event in her honour," Ms Magrin said.
On Tuesday, June 22 the club will hold a Coloured Bird Race from Bass Point sponsored by Narooma Pharmacy.
"Some Pigeons are a different colour to the Blue Bar and Checker birds that are more common," Ms Magrin said. "Whichever member clocks a coloured bird quickest will win."
All the rest of the pigeons still will be competing as usual.
