Libraries coordinator Sam Fenton said the libraries had gained approval to return member's access to physical items like books and magazines.
"We're still working with COVID-19 restrictions and there's still no physical browsing within the libraries," Ms Fenton said.
"With click and collect, simply visit the library webpages, choose Click&Collect, then browse the catalogue and reserve up to 10 items to borrow."
Ms Fenton said any members who were unable to access the website would call or send an email to library staff.
"Once they've processed your reservations, library staff will contact you to arrange a pickup time," she said.
Social distancing and other pandemic restrictions remain in effect at the libraries.
To keep everyone safe, Ms Fenton asked patrons to follow some simple steps when collecting their items.
"Only one family member should collect the items, which should be put into a library bag," she said.
"No one will be allowed inside the library and patrons should keep 1.5 metres between each other and staff.
"Of course, you must not use the service if you or any of your family are unwell and return borrowed items using the return chutes at each branch."
Ms Fenton reminded the community of the extensive online resources available through Eurobodalla Libraries.
"There's a wealth of entertainment, learning opportunities and research tools that make time at home a little easier and a lot more fun; ebooks, emagazines and audiobooks are all free with your library membership," she said.
