The Devils originally scheduled their AGM for Sunday, but didn't have enough people show up to form a working committee.
Club spokesperson Bob Burnside said the club risked not having teams in 2022 if they couldn't form a committee.
"It will be crunch time for the Devils," he said. "After a great 2021 season was cut short as both teams looked like going close to winning the premiership, it'd be a shame to not play next year.
"The current committee worked tirelessly all year to get the teams playing, the fields marked, and the supporters fed and watered in a COVID-safe environment.
"Unfortunately, there are several members who will not be able to maintain their positions on the committee due to family or health reasons. This leaves the club badly in need of support from the families of our players."
Mr Burnside said the club was also looking to get more women on the committee.
"The Devils need a great input from our female family members and supporters, as the success of the Devils League Tag girls show just what a major part of our club they are," he said.
"Community members who love rugby league are also very welcome to join other like-minded Narooma folks at the AGM.
"All interested people must come along and be involved as a poor showing this week will mean the Devils will not form next year.
"It's up to our town to get this club going in 2022."
