The Dreamers Are Waiting tour is the band's first Australian tour in 12 years.
The Don't Dream It's Over band will perform at A Day on the Green in Bowral in April with special guests The Teskey Brothers, and will be supported on their individual tour dates by Middle Kids.

The Aussie tour follows Crowded House's acclaimed New Zealand tour earlier this year.
Their new album, Dreamers Are Waiting, was awarded Best Adult Contemporary Album at the ARIA Awards last month.
The band's new line-up features founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour, producer and keyboardist Mitchell Froom, guitarist and singer Liam Finn, and drummer Elroy Finn.
Tickets for the A Day on the Green show at Centennial Vineyards on April 16 go on sale tomorrow, Friday, December 10 at noon.
Some of Crowded House's biggest hits include Better Be Home Soon, Weather With You, Something So Strong, It's Only Natural and many, many more.
The band recently celebrated 25 years since their iconic farewell performance at the Sydney Opera House forecourt back in 1996.
The national tour will take the band to Perth (April 1), Adelaide (April 5), Melbourne (April 8), Sydney's Aware Super Theatre (April 12) and Byron Bay Bluesfest (April 17).
