CEO Tony Casu said, "Clubs are there to help. That's what we are for."
The donation is a timely reminder that major flood recovery efforts continue across NSW and QLD with still more to be done.
"Lots of people have been affected, including clubs and communities. Every little bit helps," Mr Casu said.
Donations to DRA put teams of volunteers on the ground to assist in the clean up and provides essential supplies such as gloves, gumboots, and protective gear.
Since flood waters receded in the small town of Coraki in Northern NSW, DRA has deployed 561 volunteers to help those in need.

The donation is also a reminder of the role clubs play in providing support to communities.
"As all clubs are, we are not for profit and community owned," Mr Casu said.
"All the money clubs earn goes back into the community or to offer better services for the local community.
"The clubs in those towns have been devastated and don't have the ability to help the community get back on their feet."
