Set to open in Newcastle on June 9, QT Newcastle has revealed that the hotel’s signature restaurant Jana and Rooftop at QT will be run by chef Massimo Speroni.
Key to the bar and grill will be the steaks, which will be sourced from just 40 minutes away at Little Hill Farm, and cooked in olive oil from Pukara, just 90 minutes away.
