Watch Toowoomba blossom for a month

The Queensland city will host floral displays in all its parks and public spaces including feature blooms in Queens Park, the Botanic Gardens and Laurel Bank Park, as well as floral chalk art.

There will also be the #trEATS regional food trail which shines the light on cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs with floral-inspired dishes, Talking Pubs tours, the Night Garden in the Botanic Gardens, the delightful Petals and Pup program, as well as gardening experiences and displays.

Queensland’s tourism minister, Stirling Hinchliffe, said the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers has bloomed into a major Queensland event. “Toowoomba’s month-long Carnival has blossomed into one of Australia’s favourite celebrations of food, wine, flowers and local produce.
